“A serious game is an excuse for a debrief.”

Serious games aren’t an excuse to not have to work. They can be fun, but they can also be frustrating. We do serious games because they are an excellent way to learn and grow as a team. But - that is only true if we use the right game in combination with a serious debrief.

We have a large selection of games and a good understanding of when to use which game.

    What to expect?

    We have a large collection of games. Depending on the learning objectives or intended outcome, we select 1 or more appropriate games.

    These games vary in length from a few minutes to over an hour.

    We have a structured yet fluid style of debrefing.

During a game, people can’t help but show their behaviour: natural or deliberate. Each choice is a learning opportunity.
