Duration
This is a half day in-person workshop. We need a minimum of 6 participants, and prefer to limit the group to 20 participants.
Outline
In this workshop we explore how the team can be viewed as a system, and what that means for you as a team coach (or Scrum Master). We discuss team development goals and their relation to contracting. You learn about 5 unhelpful stances a team coach could fall into and what their impact is. We introduce the intervention triangle as a way of helping the team work towards their development goals. You get to practice a lot!
