  • Be able to apply the micro-yes question to start feedback

  • Know how to ask for feedback effectively

  • Be aware of 3 kinds of triggers that inhibit feedback

Duration

This is a half day in-person workshop. We need at least 6 participants, and a maximum of 18.

Outline

In this workshop we explore the value of feedback, learn about 3 kinds of feedback, and practice giving and receiving feedback in different situations. Topics include:

  • 3 kinds of feedback

  • The micro-yes question

  • The SBII feedback model

  • Giving and receiving feedback

  • Truth-, Relationship- and Identitytriggers
